Root Canal

This treatment will require 1 visit with 2 appointments at our clinic.

Sometimes, we do not notice the crack or cavity until it causes unbearable pain to us. If you have severe tooth pain, swelling on your gum and/or face, and the sensitivity to hot and cold, these might be signals of inflammation or a cavity reaching deep down from the canals to the root of your tooth. If not immediately treated, it can lead to the loss of the teeth or even cause bone loss in the area.

The Root Canal Treatment is performed to stop the infection and save the tooth and avoid its extraction.

Your Treatment Plan

This treatment will require 1 visit with 2 appointments at our clinic.

Your 1st Appointment

Our expert dentists will take X-rays to see the underlying condition of your roots. Under local anesthetic, with the help of the drill, the top part of your teeth (Dental pulp) will be removed. This will enable access to our dentist the way to the center of the pulp and drain the dental abscess, if available.

As getting deeper to the root, very thin files are being used to create some space to work and clean inside the root.

At the same time, the canals will be resized for the filling. Once the root has been cleaned from the infection, a medicine will be applied, and it will be filled temporarily. Our dentists might prescribe you Antibiotics till your next appointment.

Your 2nd Appointment

At your next appointment, our dentists will remove the temporary filling and clean out the medicine that was applied on your first appointment.

The final step will be filling the root canals and your teeth with the final teeth colored filling to seal everything nicely.

Once your treatment is complete, you will be freed from the unbearable pain.
